I have been working since 1998, since my youth with a sustainable lifestyle!
Immediately after school, at the age of 17, I moved to a small, self-sufficient farm in the Bavarian Forest for a year. There, living in a tipi, I made my first deep experiences in life with nature and taking care of the children, animals and the vegetable garden.
For 5 years I traveled the world visiting alternative communities and lifestyle projects.
For 12 years I have experimented with permaculture and horticulture in my own garden in various locations. In the Spanish Pyrenees, Bavaria and Sweden, among others...
After always having the problem of water dripping down the poles into my teepee, I decided to build a dome.
The round shape had always fascinated me.
In 2003, with my friends Michi, Butz and Cozy, I built the first two prototypes based on my own ideas and designs.
From a friend, she is a master tailor, I learned how to sew on the industrial sewing machine... I perfected my skills with a tipi builder in Spain.
I have met many Dome and Tipi builders in 4 different countries and was able to find out the best details for my own constructions...
Now I live with my beloved wife and Children at the foot of the Alps in a small house with a living dome and a grow dome in the garden. There I have a professional sewing room and workshop to make geodesic domes. If I have a lot to do, I organize help from relatives and friends.
